CEO Todd Marsh leads the company, drawing upon his extensive 28 years of proven, successful experience in operating developments and facilities. During approximately 10 of these years, he managed 800 to 1600 units across multiple states simultaneously. Todd’s expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from overseeing startup campuses to revitalizing underperforming facilities. His track record includes managing various levels of care and services in both urban and rural settings, including successful new build developments.
Todd’s proficiency extends to all facets of management, from financial planning and multi-facility oversight to P&L accountability, strategic planning, risk management, policy development, and procedure implementation. He has a history of mentoring new administrators, providing ongoing support, and spearheading quality assurance initiatives. His portfolio includes successfully managing multiple major renovations and building projects, collaborating closely with architects on design, navigating complex regulatory requirements, and overseeing day-to-day construction with site managers.
Todd has a robust background in board governance, having served on and collaborated with numerous boards of directors. His involvement has often extended to participating in subcommittees and task forces tasked with shaping the direction of organizations and addressing emerging issues. In addition, Todd maintains a deep understanding of the political and regulatory landscape at both the state and federal levels, with a keen awareness of how these factors impact our business operations.

Chip Ridge
Partner
Donald “Chip” Ridge graduated from Washington & Lee University and holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University. Over the past 26 years, Chip has started several real estate and other companies, including Heritage Title Services, which he sold to BB&T Insurance Services in 2007. His extensive experience encompasses strategic planning, startup support, multi-state operations management, and the implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
Currently, Chip serves as the President and Owner of Millennial Title Company, a regional title company licensed in 16 states, handling both residential and commercial transactions. In this role, he oversees business development and strategic planning. Additionally, Chip actively engages in real estate investment with projects in mixed-use commercial development, assisted living facilities, and single- family rental portfolio. He also owns a Zippyshell of Greater Louisville, a moving and storage company.

Adal Yousef
Partner
Adal holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Denton Floyd Development Group. With extensive experience in large and complex real estate transactions, he has worked for several prominent regional public accounting firms. Throughout his career, Adal has assisted over 250 clients, dedicating a significant portion of his time to intricate real estate and construction transactions. In addition, he has owned multiple businesses. Adal’s comprehensive background in real estate accounting and entrepreneurship contributes a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Denton Floyd team.
Outside of his role, Adal actively participates in various committees in Louisville, including the March of Dimes Commercial Real Estate Achievement Award Committee and the KYCPA Taxation Committee. He holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Louisville, graduating with honors from both institutions. Adal is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of CPAs.

Brandon Denton

Brandon Denton studied mechanical engineering and finance at the University of Louisville. With over two decades of experience in the financial industry, Brandon transitioned into real estate in 2000. During the 2008 housing crisis, he refined his ability to identify and rehabilitate distressed properties, laying the groundwork for the Denton Floyd Real Estate Group.
As the company expanded, Brandon realized his dream of revitalizing distressed communities and enhancing residents’ quality of life. He is deeply passionate about volunteer work and actively contributes to the betterment of surrounding communities through his involvement with the DiGiuro Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, and the Louisville Home Builders Association.

Tommy Floyd

Tommy Floyd holds a BA in finance and risk management from Eastern Kentucky University. After serving five years as an account executive at Johnson & Johnson, he embarked on his real estate career by purchasing a single-family home. This experience ignited a dream to establish a leading real estate firm in Louisville, aimed at improving the lives of its residents.
With a decade of real estate investment experience encompassing both single and multi-family as well as commercial properties, Tommy has forged strong partnerships with city officials who share his vision. In collaboration with Brandon Denton, he founded Denton Floyd to pursue this aspiration. Additionally, Tommy serves as a board member for the Louisville Apartment Association and holds the position of Chairman of the Board for the Louisville Apartment Association Political Action Committee (PAC).

Mitchell Collins
Partner
Mitchell Collins earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Ole Miss and his master’s in business administration from Vanderbilt University, graduating with honors from both institutions. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mitchell’s background includes decades of experience in the capital markets, encompassing unsecured and secured debt, CMBS debt, convertible debt, and preferred and common equity. He also possesses expertise in private equity investments including joint ventures, separate accounts, and full discretionary funds, along with the IPO market and private transactions involving public companies.
As the President of Denton Floyd Real Estate Group, Mitchell oversees SEC reporting requirements and compliance. His involvement extends to projects across the United States, as well as international endeavors in Canada, England, France, Germany, Belgium, and Singapore. Mitchell has contributed his expertise to a wide range of projects, including acquisitions, divestitures, feasibility assessments, compliance initiatives, and valuation projects, collectively exceeding $10 billion in value, spanning single assets, portfolio assets, and enterprise-wide assets.
